1. Scope of Engagement & Legal Entity
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the happybundlezyppy.com website and define the contractual relationship between Happybundlezyppy Haute Living & Concierge FZ-LLC (Company Registration No. ICC-FZ-2026-984210, DIFC Gate Precinct 4, Dubai, UAE) and prospective patrons, brokers, or charterers.
By browsing this portal or confirming a bespoke concierge itinerary, you irrevocably agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and all applicable UAE Federal and DIFC laws.
2. Charter & Concierge Booking Protocols
All service engagements, including superyacht voyages, private jet wet leases, residential villa rentals, and conservation desert retreats, are subject to individual written Master Service Agreements (MSAs) or Charter Party contracts.
- Booking Confirmations: Dates and assets are reserved solely upon execution of the written agreement and verified receipt of the required earnest deposit or advance charter fee.
- Identity Verification: All guests boarding aircraft or marine vessels must provide valid passports or UAE Emirates IDs at least 24 hours prior to departure for civil manifest submission.
- Security Deposits: High-value residential estates and superyachts require a refundable damage security deposit held in an escrow facility.
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Weather Contingencies
Maritime cruises and private aviation operations are strictly contingent upon official safety clearances issued by the Dubai Maritime City Authority (DMCA) and UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA).
- Force Majeure / Adverse Marine Warnings: In the event of an official red-flag sea warning or severe dust squall preventing maritime navigation, clients may reschedule their charter to an agreed alternate date within 12 months without penalty.
- Client-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to engagement receive an 80% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of scheduled departure are non-refundable due to pre-positioned crew, berthing, and chef provisioning expenses.
4. Conduct & Asset Preservation
Charterers and their invited guests must respect the safety directives issued by licensed aircraft captains, yacht masters, and conservation rangers. Any illegal substances, reckless conduct endangering passengers, or unauthorized tampering with maritime or aviation equipment will result in immediate termination of the charter without financial refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
Happybundlezyppy Haute Living & Concierge FZ-LLC operates as an elite luxury brokerage and concierge coordinator. To the maximum extent permitted by DIFC common law, our total aggregate liability arising out of any service failure or portal disruption shall not exceed the management fee paid for the specific affected transaction.
6. Dispute Resolution & DIFC Jurisdiction
These Terms and all associated agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre.
